Save our time and resources Allah has bestowed on us

We all have limited time, energy, and resources. A person who learns to value them becomes more focused and productive in life. The problem is that we often spend our energy on things that give no results.

In daily life, most energy is wasted on unnecessary scrolling, overthinking, and reacting to everything.

For example, when we keep scrolling social media without any purpose, our mind gets tired and no energy is left for important work. But if the same time is used for learning, freelancing, or improving a skill, the energy is not wasted—it is invested.

Saying “yes” to everything also drains energy. Not every request, call, or task is our responsibility. Sometimes saying “no” is a way to protect our time and energy. For instance, if we have important pending work and someone is keeping us busy without a real need, politely refusing is completely fine.

Resources are not just money; time and focus are also resources. If we are on a limited budget and spend money on unnecessary things, we later feel regret. That’s why we should invest only in things that are important for our growth.

Energy is not created only by working; it also comes from rest and balance. Working continuously is not smart. A short break, a walk, or a little relaxation refreshes the mind and improves the quality of work.

People and environment also affect our energy. Negative talk, complaints, and useless discussions consume our energy, while positive people, good company, and a learning environment uplift us.

Short lesson:

Don’t waste your energy and resources. Invest them where there are results. Small daily choices decide the direction of our life.
