Step 1: Write a journal everyday and this will give you a record of activities you are doing and help you with time management.
Step 2: Think that what are you thinking. Keep an eye on your thoughts.
Step 3: Repeat positive words for yourself and with full emotions not just sound.
Step 4: Know the thing deeply that what are you going to do. Know the pros and cons.
Step 5: Feel the emotions deeply. Think and feel what will happen if you don;t work or otherwise. Feel the worst case scenario if you don;t work and the best thing you can achieve through working.
Step 6: Think that "What did I do today to trake full control of my life".
Step 7: Start wiith small wins.
Step 8: Bring neatness in the simplest tasks you do because the way you do anything is the way you do everything.
Step 9: Donot multi-task. Only one task at a time.
Step 10: Maninfest the thing you are going to achieve.
Step 11: Track your tasks.
Step 12: Be selfish about your time, energy and resources.
