Why do 80% of freelancers get stuck during their journey?
Their profiles are optimized, but they are not getting impressions or views.
Clients come, but they don’t get hired.

It’s painful. It hurts. And I ask question to myself?:
"Why they are not getting what clients want?”
Then
I ask them a few simple questions, the real problem appears:
- Do you write daily journals?
- Do you make proper notes?
- Do you share your notes and discuss them in the community?
- Do you ask for guidance where you feel stuck?
- Do you help others when they need support?
Most answers are no.
They watched and skipped lectures.
They didn’t practice daily.
They showed unserious behavior.
A scientific study shows:
- If you listen to a lecture, you remember 5%
- If you read, you remember 10%
- If you watch audio-visuals, you remember 20%
- If you demonstrate, you remember 30%
- If you discuss in a group, you remember 50%
- If you practice, you remember 75%
- If you teach others, you remember 90%
This is when the problem becomes clear.
They optimized their profiles without building real skills.It’s like constructing a building without a strong foundation—leaving gaps unfilled.
Freelancing is not easy.And success doesn’t come from shortcuts.
To succeed in freelancing:
- Follow the process step by step
- Make proper notes
- Practice daily
- Discuss in the community
- Ask for help when stuck
- Write a daily journal
- Guide and help others
