I am starting a 90-Day Self-Improvement Challenge, but this time I want to start slowly and focus on consistency and improve myself step by step.
My goal is to become stronger mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially.
🌙 Spiritual Growth
- 5 daily prayers
- Tahajjud
- Daily Quran recitation with translation
- Gratitude
🧠 Mental & Emotional Strength
- 10 minutes daily meditation
- Learn to not react emotionally
- Focus on controlling myself, not others
- Do things that scare me
- Daily journal posting(commitment)
💪 Physical Health
- Daily strength workout
- 3k+ steps
- 7 hours sleep
- No gluten food + take supplements daily
- Target weight: 60 kg (currently around 63 kg due to Ramadan snacks)
📚 Learning & Self-Mastery
- 3–4 hours watching Skool videos + post notes (self-mastery, Upwork strategies,Client communication ,start dummy bidding as soon as posible)
- 1.5 hours daily English practice (I want to improve my speaking)
💼 Skill & Financial Growth
Main skill focus: Logo & Brand Identity Design( 5 to 6 hours )

- Case studies
I will restart AI & ML later, once I start earning from this skill(Goal is to make at least $500 in next 30 to 60 days).I also want to learn about dummy bidding during in this time period.

- Build a routine to wake up between 12–1 AM
- Stay consistent for the next 3 months
- Commit to posting a daily progress journal
