Resilience in Tough times
زندگی میں سب سے بہترین کوالٹی resilient انسان کا ہونا ہے۔ ٹیلنٹ، عقل، پیسہ، مواقع سب اپنی جگہ ہیں، مگر جو چیز مشکل وقت میں انسان کو زندہ رکھتی ہے وہ resilience ہے۔ گرنے کے بعد اٹھنے کی عادت۔ مار کھا کر بھی سیدھا کھڑے ہونے کی ضد۔ دنیا کی زیادہ تر کامیاب کہانیاں کسی genius پلان کی نہیں ہوتیں، بلکہ مسلسل ناکامیوں کے بعد ہار نہ ماننے کی ہوتی ہیں۔ جن لوگوں میں resilience زیادہ ہوتی ہے وہ stress میں بہتر فیصلے کرتے ہیں، جلد recover کرتے ہیں، اور long term میں باقی لوگوں سے آگے نکل جاتے ہیں۔ زندگی ہر کسی کو توڑتی ہے۔ فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ کچھ لوگ ٹوٹ کر بکھر جاتے ہیں، اور کچھ لوگ ٹوٹ کر مضبوط ہو جاتے ہیں۔ resilient انسان روتا بھی ہے، تھکتا بھی ہے، مگر رکتا نہیں۔ اور یہ کوالٹی سکھائی نہیں جاتی، یہ انسان کے اندر پیدا ہوتی ہے۔ مشکلات میں۔ ریجیکٹ ہونے میں۔ دھکے کھانے میں۔ اور اس کے باوجود خود کو بار بار سمجھانے میں کہ ابھی کھیل ختم نہیں ہوا۔ اگر ایک چیز اپنے اندر پکی کرنی ہے تو وہ یہی ہے: چاہے حالات کیسے بھی ہوں، واپس کھڑے ہونے کی ہمت۔ باقی سب چیزیں وقت کے ساتھ آتی جاتی رہتی ہیں۔ - copied
