Partnership with Skilled Brothers and Sisters

I am looking to partner with 2–3 skilled freelancers, brothers and sisters who have the skill but need help to sell it on Upwork. Together, we’ll optimize your profile, craft strong proposals, handle outreach, and manage client communication — while you focus on delivering your work. My goal is to grow your profile, get reviews, and build credibility.
This is not for beginners who need someone to teach their service. I am looking for intermediate to expert freelancers who can deliver independently.
I’ve reached out to a few people already, but unfortunately, only a few had the skill and consistency needed. I want partners who are disciplined, reliable, consistent, communicative, and committed to growing their Upwork presence.
This is a performance-based partnership, meaning we only earn when we sign a client.
