- Spend Time With Yourself
Jab banda apnay saath waqt guzarta hai, creative thoughts naturally aati hain because mood calm hota hai. Din mai thori der even 5–10 mins distraction block karke apnay mind ko relax karna zaroori hai.
- Connection with Allah
Allah sey har situation mai baat karo. Jo bhi mangna hai, directly Allah sey mango. Bas dil khol kar dua karo, aur relax ho jao ke sab Allah ke control mai hai.
- Self-Conversation
Khud sey baat karna important hai. Agar banda apnay andar positive convo nahi karega toh negative thoughts dominate karna shuru kar dete hain. Self-talk builds confidence aur banda weak feel nahi karta. Kbhi apnay Mai negative talk nhh krni. Na khud sy na kisi or sy.
- Accepting Mistakes
Khud ko remind karo: “Mai insaan hoon, ghaltiyan hongi.” Allah sy maafi mangy lkin na umeed nhh hojayen or na itna relax hona hai Kay gunnah ko adat banalein.
- Peace
Androoni jung aur unnecessary fights insan ko mentally aur physically bimar kar dete hai. Or woh kashmakhash ka shikr rehtay Hain, apna control shaitan ko nhh dein na thoughts ka.
- Active Recall & Journaling
Learning ke liye active recall implement karo jo seekha hai usay dobara yaad karna aur test karna. Journaling bhi powerful hai; jab khud likh kar reflect karte ho toh learning deepen hoti hai aur dusron ko bhi indirectly faida milta hai.
- Change Starts Within
Agar kisi ko change karna hai toh pehle apnay aap ko change karna paray ga apni aadat, apnay usool. Jab banda khud improve hota hai, tabhi dusre log usay seriously lete hain.
- Gratitude & Perspective
Khud ko remind karo ke “bht kuch acha hua hai.” Jab apni achievements ya blessings yaad karte ho, negativity kam hoti hai aur banda hopeful feel karta hai.
