  • A system in which:

2. interest is created
3. contact is captured
Difference between lead, prospect & customer
Lead: interested + contact (eg: filled the form)
Prospect: qualified lead (budget , need, intent sab bta chuka ho) (intere. And ready to buy)
Customer: has paid (bought product/service)
