profile) What I want:
a. long term clients.
b. high Paying clients.
c. high demand clients right now.
d. which clients posting the most jobs.
e. current trending methods.
f. searches all a,b,c,d,e with AI.
what Haroon's recommends: Organic content marketing, AI (sub niches)
Niche selection Criteria: should have:
Long term clients + High paying clients + High demand niche + Easy to
find clients + retainer clients (upselling is possible) + outsource
friendly clients
2. selecting the right skills / tools: every business has 3 departments:
a. product b. operations c. marketing
(most of the time client has idea or product already in mind) so they need
help in operations or marketing.
so, the question arises what I should select: operations or marketing.
take an example: if you already have a product and you setup the
operations
but you're marketing at zero. (Now tell does these operations has any use
without the marketing)
so, the focusing on marketing makes more sense so take the operations at
2nd place.
in Marketing we have:
organic content marketing and its sub niches:
1. video editing. (Copywriting, short form edits, long form edit, meta-
ads, content monetization.
you can help your clients in (content strategy, scripting, monetization
community building.
(so, making money for the clients is important and by doing so you will
become irreplaceable)
in simple words chose a skill that will help the client sell his product
in the market.
