You can still start by learning Lead Generation.

1️⃣ What is Lead Generation?

In lead generation, we bring work (leads/projects) and get that work done through our under-team.

In simple words:

We act as a leader

We bring clients

If we don't have the technical skill, we hire skilled people. In due course of time, you should also learn the skill though not completely, so that, it is manageable when you are interacting with client.

It is just like restaurant business, where if any of the main chef is absent, you should be able to manage the chef's role and not give holiday to the restaurant.

We deliver the final work to the client

📌 Example (Easy to Understand)

A lady wants 30 suits stitched for an event.

She is offering good payment per suit.

What I will do:

First, I will check red flags & green flags

If the client looks genuine (green flag):

I’ll finalize the deal

Fix total price & payment terms

I don’t know stitching, so:

I’ll hire tailors (my under-team)

Get the suits stitched as per requirement
