Need Guidance to Get My First Clients on Upwork (Full Stack Developer – Laravel & MERN)

I’m Huzaifa, a Full Stack Developer working with PHP/Laravel and the MERN stack in a software company.
I’m trying to start my journey on Upwork, but I haven’t had any success so far—none of my proposals have been accepted yet. I’ve completed some orders on Fiverr, but for the past couple of months, I haven’t been receiving any new orders there either.
I would really appreciate guidance from experienced freelancers.
