My First Experience in the “Start Here” Section
Hi everyone,
I have just completed the “Start Here” section in our community. I learned many new things, and I wanted to share my experience with you all.
When I watched the first onboarding video, I immediately felt that I had joined a truly valuable community. Sir Haroon shared many important principles—being polite, friendly, and kind. One thing that touched me deeply was how often he says Allah will, InshaAllah, and Alhamdulillah. When a person constantly remembers Allah, it becomes difficult to believe that such a person could ever be dishonest.
I apologize for using the word scammer, but I mention it because Sir Haroon himself repeatedly addresses this accusation in his videos. Some people think he is a scammer who only wants to sell courses. However, after watching the videos carefully, that perception does not align with the values he consistently demonstrates.
In the next video, “Welcome and Introduction,” I gained a clear understanding of how to properly be part of this community. The video explains everything in detail:
  • What your first steps should be and where to start
  • How the community actually works
  • How to unlock courses
  • How to earn points and appear on the leaderboard
  • The do’s and don’ts, rules, and regulations
It also emphasizes the importance of being active—such as making notes after each session, writing down what you learned, what you didn’t understand, and what confused you. We are guided on how to post in the community using formats like notes, daily journals, advice, tips, reviews, and personal stories.
Another powerful message was about developing a strong mindset. With the right mindset, you can overcome any challenge. Missing sessions can weaken your foundation, and without a strong foundation, it is difficult to succeed at any stage of life. We are encouraged to give 100% effort if we truly want to change our lives. That choice is ours alone.
The community provides free resources and guidance, but implementation is our own responsibility. We are reminded not to break the rules, not to engage in hate speech, and not to post hurtful or disrespectful comments toward other members. Instead, we are encouraged to be kind, productive, and make ourselves feel at home—this is the true beauty of the community.
In the remaining videos, I noticed similar explanations about how new members should start and how to use Skool and the community platform. While some points were repeated, I see this as a positive aspect—repetition helps people remember things more clearly and quickly.
I hope my starting journey and notes are helpful to you. I also hope you enjoyed reading this and perhaps it reminded you of your own early days in the community.
Thank you for your patience in reading this long post.
