Notes from a really informative Session on 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

And then I'm gonna explain 𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

🔹𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Religion creates a whole lifestyle (try kr k to dekho)

2. If you are following religion, you can improve yourself mentally, physically, spiritually, and professionally also.

( Deen pe chlen kamiyabi khud ba khud jhak mar k ap k pas ay gi )

3. Pray regularly, do Azkaar and feel the positive change.

4. You can kill any kind of depression by believing in Allah. ( Personal experience ha try kr k dekhen ap sab )

🔹𝗠𝗻 𝗻𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗸𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗶:

2 years ago, when I selected my major as a Graphic Designer. I didn't chose it by heart and just choosed it to look cool and professional to the society. ( Halanky muje textile Designer bnna tha)

And because I didn’t like it, I didn’t do any assignment in 4th and 5th semester ( halanky mn boht regular student thi ).

So, I bunked classes in next two semesters because of depression. ( Had hi kr di )

All the professors who knew me were really worried, k isko kia ho gya ye to wo Maria ha hi nhin jo itni passionate thi

Or mn bs yeh kehti thi: "𝗸 𝗺𝗻 𝗻𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗸𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗶"

🔹𝗞𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗸𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗶 𝘁𝗵𝗶?

1. Laptop use nhi kr skti thi.

2. Confidence nhin tha nhi.

3. Support or motivation nhi thi

4. Childhood traumas

5. Low self-esteem

At the end of 6th semester, my favourite professor Sir Aon came to me and said this:

“𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 & 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹, 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝘂𝗻, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂.”

These were the most beautiful and comforting words that I've ever heard, Alhamdulilah

Bs ye baat thi or mn hawa me ur rhi thi k oh Sir ko muj pe itna trust ha

🔹𝗠𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗯 𝗸𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝘁𝗶 𝗵𝗼𝗻:

At the end of 6th semester, 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 & 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗚𝗳𝘅 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 ( boht achay ustad ) 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀.

And I have done my first digital illustration in the same month.

Done my whole Digital campaign of my thesis and got 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. ( Allah tera Jitna Shukar ada kron kam ha )

And earned money through this as a 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝗗 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 by creating different cartoon characters and customized drawings for different clients.

𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗮!

Dekha kahan gya dar? Ek dum ghayab, or is journey ne muje Allah k boht qareeb kr dia or mera depression dor hota gya

Ye sab shetan ka jaal ha k “Tum nhin kr skty, kisi kam ke nhin ho.”

🔹Jb k haqeeqat ye ha k:

Tum hi to kr skty ho

Kion k Allah ne Ashraf ul Makhlooqat tmhn bnaya ha.

Shetan to kbhi tumhn strong nhin dekhna chahta.

To usay harao or sabit kro k tum Allah k mazboot bnday ho

or sb kr skty ho, or phir sab ho jay ga InshaAllah.

Ek choti c piyari bat ne mera 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗲 kr dia, Or agar meri ye choti c story ap mn se kisi ek ka bhi 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗲 kr de to muje boht khushi hogi

🔹𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆:

1. Supportive & Productive people

2. Really Humble and helping others selflessly

3. They are literally working on Mental growth
