As im reading Master your thinking. A Practical Guide to Align Yourself with Reality and Achieve Tangible results. here's the things i have learned from the first 40 pages from the book and one thing that already changed my perspective is this:
Most problems don’t come from situations themselves — they come from the meaning we attach to them.
The book explains how our thoughts quietly control our emotions, confidence, stress, and even the direction of our life. I realized how much energy gets wasted on overthinking things that may never even happen.
One lesson that stood out to me:Negative thinking becomes automatic when you don’t consciously manage your mind.
Trying to become more aware of my thoughts instead of instantly believing every negative one.
