Objective: Apne subconscious mind (la-shoor) ko train karna taake automatic habits aur mindset behtar ho sakein.
​1. Subconscious Mind Kya Hai?
​Aapka subconscious mind wo "la-shoor" hai jo aap se automatic cheezain karwata hai. Isko kuch steps ki help se train karne kya jaskta hai
  • ​Journaling (Daily Basis): 7 din tak rozana likhein ke aap kya keh rahe hain aur kya karna chahte hain. Apne body sensations aur dimaagh ke thoughts ko paper par utaarein. Isse dimaagh "clean" hota hai aur naye ideas deta hai.
  • ​Practice (Mindfulness): Apne khayalaat par nazar rakhein. Maslan: Agle 5 minutes tak sochein ke "Main kya soch raha hoon aur kaisa soch raha hoon?"
  • ​Repetition: Agar aap baar baar kahein "I am a winner," to ye aapke subconscious ka content ban jata hai.
  • ​Importance, Pros & Cons: Kisi bhi kaam ya cheez ki ehmiyat aur uske faide/nuksaan par ghaur karein.
  • ​Feel the Emotion: Agar koi buri aadat chorni hai, to usay chorne ke baad ka sukoon ya usay na chorne ka dukh/nuqsaan (Pain & Pleasure) poori tarah mehsoos karein.
​2. Mindset Rewiring (Extreme Ownership)
​Life mein tabdeeli lane ke liye mindset badalna zaroori hai:
  • ​100% Responsibility: Apni life ki har cheez ki zimmedari khud lein.
  • ​No Excuses / No Blame: Apne actions aur results ka full control aapke apne haath mein hona chahiye.
  • ​Action Step: Har roz khud se poochein: "Kya maine aaj apni success ka control apne haath mein liya?"
​3. Productivity & Focus Strategies
​Kaam ko behtar tareeqe se sar-anjaam dene ke liye ye rules follow karein:
  • ​Divide Tasks: Bare kaamo ko chote chote parts mein divide kar dein.
  • ​2-Minute Rule: Overwhelm se bachne ke liye chote tasks ko foran 2 minute mein khatam karein.
  • ​No Multitasking: Ek din mein sirf ek bare kaam (One Big Thing) par focus karein.
  • ​Weekly/Monthly Reflection: Apne progress ka jaiza lein aur revise karein.
​4. Manifestation aur Deep Work
  • ​Imagination: Apne workflow ko pehle dimaagh mein sochein aur imagine karein. Kaam ko baar baar visualize karein.
  • ​Deep Work (Focus Mood): Apne aap ko baar baar ye yakeen dilayein: ​"Mera focus sab se khatarnak (strong) hai. Jab main kaam pe hoon, mujhe koi distraction distract nahi kar sakti.
