Daily Journal
Date: March 5, 2026
Day: Thursday
One thing I want to remember about today:
Even though I had negative thoughts about the past and spent a lot of time on my phone, I still stayed connected with worship. I prayed Taraweeh, Tahajjud, and Fajr, recited Quran, and did a lot of azkar.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Slept: 8:00 AM Woke up: 2:00 PM
Stayed in bed until 3:00 PM feeling sleepy.
What data will I look up after a month or year?
My sleep cycle during Ramadan, How much time I spend on phone vs focused learning Whether consistent azkar and Quran improve my mood, My discipline with urges and thoughts
Reminders:
Do not react to things, instead pause for 3-5 seconds and then respond.
