But Not With a Person With a PROCESS | Lecture Notes That Hit Deep
Today’s lecture wasn’t about romance. Itwas about the love language of your MIND and how you speak to yourself when nobody’s listening.
And honestly?I’m still processing how deeply it hit.
“I’m in love…”
Not with someone else.But with what this lecture opened inside me.
Because the first thing it taught was this:
If you grow your thoughts in a positive direction, your entire life grows with it.
Not because positivity is cute.But because blaming others is the fastest way to stay stuck…and taking responsibility is the fastest way to grow.
A growth mindset isn’t built in moments of motivation. It’s built in the quiet decisions:“I choose accountability over excuses.”
Part Two -- The Mind Has Limitations… Until You Journal
The lecture said something so simple but so powerful:
“The devil is in the details. And journaling exposes the details.”
Daily journaling is not a habit. It's an X-RAY.
It shows you where the crack is.
Where you keep slipping.
Where the emotional leak is happening.
You can’t fix what you can't see.
Journaling forces clarity.
Clarity forces growth.
Suddenly, your problems have shape.
And once something has shape…you can solve it.
Part Three -- Challenges Aren’t Obstacles, They’re Milestones
Every challenge you’re facing?It’s not a test to break you. It’s a checkpoint.
A milestone.
A “prove-you’re-ready.”
But here’s the twist that hit hardest:
Discuss your challenges… but ONLY with real friends.
The kind who smile when you grow.
The kind who don’t flinch when you shine.
The kind who don’t get jealous, because your success doesn’t threaten them.
Real friends clap when others win.The rest… just clap when others fall.
And if someone’s jealousy stings you?It’s not their fault. It's their habit.
The real mistake was letting them that close.
And this is where it all connected…
As I studied the lecture, a realization landed so softly it almost scared me:
“I’m in love with every piece of the puzzle that’s building me.”
Even the confusing pieces.Even the painful pieces.Even the ones that don’t make sense yet.
Because I know something now:
Allah is painting a picture of my future that will make me unrecognizable when I look back.
Every detour…Every heartbreak…Every delay…Every “why is this happening?” moment…
It’s just a brushstroke.
One day the painting will make sense.

The path shaped you more beautifully than the destination ever could.
