Your brain resists big tasks, not small actions.
So make every task so small that your brain can’t reject it.
Examples:
Instead of “Study 1 hour” → “Study 2 minutes.”
Instead of “Go to gym” → “Wear gym shoes.”
Once you start, momentum takes over.
✅ 2. Make it Obvious (Remove friction)
Procrastination happens because your environment encourages it.
Fix: Keep your phone in another room while working, keep your workspace clean,keep your tools visible (books on your desk, water bottle near you)
Environment > Motivation.

Your brain avoids tasks when it doesn’t know when or how long it will take.
