I have been noticing a pattern and im glad that i finally caught it and got this bad habit under control. What is that bad habit and pattern you may ask?
It is whenever i planned to do something i would always announce it to my friends and what happened after?
I would stop working on it.
Yeah, this might sounds strange but its true, so after repeating this habit countless of time I came to realize that the real reason of this happening is that my brain thinks that i have already achieved that and got sense of achievement and dopamine spike which led me to lose motivation and stop working toward that goal.
So does that mean i should stop telling others about my goals?
Yes but announce it after I actually completed that goal or half way there.
