How to control the mind !!
  • Deep breathing: When you feel stressed or angry, take slow deep breaths. It calms your mind quickly.
  • Think positive: Replace negative thoughts with positive ones like “I can do this”.
  • Stay busy: Keep yourself busy with study, work, or hobbies so overthinking stops.
  • Avoid overthinking: Don’t think too much about past or future. Focus on the present moment.
  • Meditation (5 minutes daily): Sit quietly and focus on your breathing. This makes your mind strong and peaceful
  • Control anger: When angry, stay silent for some time and drink water. Respond later calmly.
  • Good sleep: Sleep 7–8 hours daily. A tired mind loses control easily.
  • Choose good company: Stay with positive people. Negative people make your mind negative.
  • Exercise daily: Walking or light exercise keeps mind fresh and stress-free.
  • Self-talk: Talk to yourself positively: “I am calm, I am in control.”
