“وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَانِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ”
اور انسان کے لیے وہی ہے جس کی اس نے کوشش کی۔
(سورۃ النجم: 39)
Even when you feel you’re not progressing, Allah sees every silent struggle.
Every late night. Every failed attempt. Every dua you made with tired eyes.
Depression and anxiety often come when:
We compare our Chapter 1 to someone else’s Chapter 10
We expect instant outcomes in a journey that needs sabr
We forget that rizq is written, not rushed
💡 What can help:
Do your best today only — don’t carry tomorrow’s burden
Make dua, then move one small step forward
Talk to someone instead of fighting alone
Trust that delays are not denials
“بے شک ہر مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے”

If you’re still standing, still trying, still believing —
you are already doing better than you think.
May Allah replace your heaviness with peace,
your fear with tawakkul,and your tears with sakoon.
