I don’t feel very well mentally these days. My mind keeps thinking continuously, even when I’m not actively working. I graduated one year ago, and since then I’ve been taking different online courses from various platforms to keep myself busy, yet sometimes I feel empty and stuck. I do pray regularly and try to exercise, even if it’s just a 10-minute walk. At the same time, I’m truly grateful for everything I have — Alhamdulillah, I have all that I once prayed for — but I still experience moments of confusion and restlessness. I wanted to ask for guidance from this community this is normal and what steps or activities can help bring more clarity and motivation.?
