EI refers to understanding one’s and other’s emotion and usko maddenazar rakhty huwe 1 controlled reaction,meaning to feel the emotion without losing control
It means to recognize,understand our emotions and manage them,it allows us to foster better elationships,make good deisions and excel under pressure.
Influence doosrou k emotions in a positive manner.
The point is to be emotionally controlled while navigating in stress mode like jaanou k kia cheez trigger kar rahi ghussa ya koi galat harkat,.
Good EI allows us to make decisions based on long term rather than short term emotion bursts. Apnay aapko aap kitna composed rakh sakty during hardship,stress.
For eg aapki misunderstanding hogya and ur like short term k liye gussa karun ya long term k liye waqt zaya karnay se behtr hai maamlay ko kisi aur trha handle kro.
What are you feeling and why are You feeling.
For eg,I am feeling a bit confident because I am better than what I was Yesterday.
When ur frustrated,u tend to blame other,at that time take a short breath and don’t blame others.
Pause before responding,it regulates ur impulses.
Eg= koi keera nikal raha don’t get frustrated k keeray nikal rahay,rather thank him and learn from him.
Understand dusry ka emotion by judging their tone,body language.
If someone looks a bit cut out or down down mood wise ya billawajay dost ne gussa kardia tou poochou k khairyat kia huwa hai, rather than bhai mujhpr kiou gussa kar rahay hou
Simply,Feel the emotion k haan yaar I feel this,but don’t lose ur cool.
For eg ur angry because for eg ur dad/sibling did something wrong,dil mei kahou k haan, I feel angry,magar wou barray hain aur situation ko maddenazar rakhty huwe I will not be rude.
