Eid ul Adha Mubarak to All
I spent 6 years trying to be the perfect employee.
Never saying no, never disappointing anyone.
This Eid ul Adha, I'm thinking about a different kind of sacrifice.
The hardest part wasn't admitting I had a people-pleasing problem. It was the first time I said 'I can't take that on' to my manager and felt the panic rise in my chest.
May Allah accept our sacrifices the animals we offer, and the patterns we work to release.
