Today’s lecture hit so hard it almost felt personal.
Because somewhere between survival… ambition… and hustle culture…we quietly adopted a mindset that is slowly destroying both our peace AND our purpose.
Let me explain.
Are You Still Earning in Rupees? Or in Awareness?
The lecture started with a simple but brutal question:
“When do you call money sufficient?”
Most people think sufficiency = more money. But the lecture flipped the script:
Money is “sufficient”ONLY when your living conditions are stable AND your family gets your time.
Because here’s the truth nobody wants to face:
Money can be earned again.
Time cannot.Once it’s gone… it’s gone forever.
So ask yourself:What is more precious? Your money or your moments?Your answer will reveal whether happiness is approaching you… or silently slipping away.
When time becomes your priority, your entire thinking shifts to:“What’s the return on this moment?”And that is a deeper, more intelligent way of living than chasing endless income.
Lecture 2 Islam Already Taught Us How to Treat Clients
What really shook me today was realizing how much of our business mindset is already written in our deen.
Islam teaches:
- Humbleness
- Self-accountability
- Fair returns
- Protecting the rights of others
- Never causing harm, but becoming a source of benefit
And suddenly… everything made sense.
Because when a client pays you, they’re not paying for “service.”They’re paying for relief from pain.
And who gives shifa? Who gives rizq?Exactly.
The client is simply the medium Allah chose to send that rizq through.
So when you ask them:
“Are you satisfied? Should I revise this?”…it shouldn’t feel like a burden. It should feel like worship. Like you’re honoring the trust Allah placed between you and that person.
Your work becomes an amanah.Their satisfaction becomes a dua.Your income becomes a barakah.
And when you start viewing clients this way .You don’t just work better.Your rizq starts coming from places you never imagined.
Because you’re no longer chasing money…Money starts flowing towards your integrity.
Final Thought Every Action Has a Root
Everything begins with one seed.Not a task.Not a habit.Not a routine.
A thought.
Napoleon Hill said: “Think & Grow Rich.”But today’s lecture showed me the Islamic version:
“Think right… and Allah grows you.”
Your mindset is the soil.Your belief is the water.Your effort is the sunlight. And rizq? That’s the harvest Allah decides when your intention aligns with service.
P.S. If you truly serve people with humility, patience, and accountability…You won’t just earn money.
You’ll earn dua, barakah, and a life that feels full on the inside not just the outside.
End of notes.Start of transformation.
