I learned that choosing the right niche is important — especially one with high demand, long-term clients, and future agency potential. The speaker explained that skills alone are not enough; marketing, communication, and solving business problems matter more.
I also learned how high-ticket clients are found, why platforms like Upwork still work, and how good communication can increase payments and bring repeat clients. Another important point was that beginners don’t need a perfect portfolio to start earning — action and real work matter more than endless preparation.
