I couldn't share my Day 5 update yesterday because of some technical issues, but I did post a little glimpse of the journey in my stories.
To be honest, today wasn't my best day emotionally. I found myself overthinking a lot, and my mood felt a little off.
I wasn't very hungry either, so even meeting my calorie goal felt difficult. By the evening, my brother brought ice cream, and I enjoyed it without guilt. This journey isn't about saying "no" to every food, it's about learning balance.
Some days will feel easy, and some days won't. But what matters most is that I didn't quit.
I still tracked my food. I still showed up for myself. And I still moved one step forward.
That's my biggest win today.
