Today's biggest challenge was unnecessary scrolling. Although I completed all my planned study sessions, several hours were lost between breaks, reels, and random phone use. Those small distractions added up.
๐Ÿ’ฃ Brutal Truth
I proved that I can stay consistent with studying, but I also proved that my phone still controls too much of my free time. The problem isn't that I don't have time...it's that I don't protect it well enough.
๐Ÿ“Œ Lesson of the Day
Discipline isn't only about studying. It's also about protecting the time between study sessions. Those "just five minutes" on the phone can easily turn into an hour if I'm not careful. ๐ŸŒฑ
