💡 Sleep early to save morning time & energy
Today was all about action. Even when I was tired, I showed up, trained, and stayed accountable. My diet was clean, my prayers were on time, and my energy stayed steady through the night. It feels like I’m getting my rhythm back again.
I watched a video where the person said, “Give yourself the same amount of time that you wasted.” It means if I wasted five years before, I should give myself five years to get back on track and reach my long-term goals. I was feeling a bit low today. Winters make me sleepy because I take an allergy medicine that increases sleep. It works well when my allergy level is high, but when it is low, it just makes me tired. I also felt some demotivation and dullness today, but it is okay. Work still has to be done. Whenever I get thoughts like these, I remind myself that this is the reason I need to change. I have to let go of my old self and become a better version of me.
