then refreshed, consumed yt, insta,
then spend time on skool community, watched 3 videos (Control Your Desires, Control Your Life, then Brutally Honest Advice For Mental Toughness, then How to Hard Reset Your Life). These videos are great.
prayed Dhuhr Salah, then took a break
had lunch, then consumed YT
non-fiction, today I pick a new one (The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy)
prayed Asr Salah
I went outside for some reason with friends
refreshed, took a rest,9:00-10:00PMhad dinner, prayed Isha Salah10:00-11:30PMthen, I really don't know. consumed social media
Refreshed, then I made a to-do-ist for tomorrow & then writing this journal
Now, I'm going to sleep
