10:00 - 3:00 pm: Study, worked on trial community content
3:00 - 4:30 pm: Lunch, watched TV
4:30 - 5:30 pm: Rest & Maghrib prayer
6:00 - 10 pm: Went out, dinner, spent time with family, social media scrolling, kitchen cleaning, Isha prayer
10:00 - 10:35 pm: Arabic course
10:35 - 10:55: Wrote today’s journal
What I don’t want to do today:
Keep overthinking about making a community, and take a first step

Reflection:
Overall, it was a nice day, and I was more conscious of how I spent my time. I tried my best to spend less time on social media and stay more focused on my to-do list.
