Day 04 - $1K/Month Challenge - Daily Journal | Thursday, 04 Dec 2025
🌟 Reflection of the Day:
Bismillah,
Whenever I feel lazy or demotivated I will just tell myself - “Abir, your parents are getting older day by day. Now, it’s your turn to take responsibility and make them happy. So keep working, no matter what! Never give up & keep trying until you win✨.
⏰Sleep Log:
Slept: 3:00 am
Woke up: 10:00 am
Total sleep:7 hours
🟢Time Tracking of my Day:
10:00 - 11:00 ➤ Drunk warm water, meditation + exercise on the roof , spent some time with myself.
11:00 - 12:00 ➤ had breakfast (2 eggs+2 dates, black coffee without sugar), Spent some time on Skool.
12:00 - 1:00 ➤ Watched Haroon bhai’s live session course, read some daily journals in the community.
1:00 - 2:00 ➤ had a shower, went for prayers.
2:00 - 3:00 ➤ Had lunch(rice+soya chunks+vegetales), watched some self improvement videos on youtube

3:00 - 4:00 ➤ Completed my English HW for the Spoken English Course and got prepared for my English Presentation ( Entrepreneurship & Innovation) .
4:00 - 5:00 ➤prayers , had a cup of tea & got ready for my class and attended the class. My presentation was decent. I’ve got 8.5/10 Alhamdulillah.
5:00 - 6:30 ➤ prayers, 10 minute walk to gym , ate 2 bananas as pre workout meal, did my workout(back + bicep)
6:30 - 7:30➤ I picked my cousin from his private and we spent some quality time.
7:30 - 9:00➤prayers, came back home, had post workout meal(milk+oats+dates+dry fruits+honey), watches Haroon Bhai’s video (Rewire your brian)
9:00- 10:00 ➤ Joined dummy bidding session,made notes
10:00 - 12:00 ➤Spent time with family, researched some niche ideas for my content creation.
