The Main Takeaway Today
Today was the first day of the new year, and I chose to start it with peace and learning. I learned that even when things do not go exactly as planned, like a video not loading, I can find another way to reach my goal.
Sleep and Focus
  • Slept: 12:30 AM.
  • Woke up: 8:00 AM (Fajr performed).
  • Focus: I felt very relaxed today. My mind was not racing with office work, so I was able to focus on my spiritual growth and learning.
Things I Need to Remember
  • A calm start to the year sets a good tone for the months ahead.
  • Motivation comes from within, even on a day meant for resting.
  • If one platform does not work, stay patient and find a solution.
Starting the Day
  • Most Important Jobs:
Food and Exercise
  • Breakfast (8:30 AM): Tea, paratha, and butter.
  • Lunch (1:30 PM): Roti and a light vegetable dish.
  • Dinner (8:30 PM): A nice meal to end the first day of the year.
  • Activity: I spent most of my time resting and listening to a lecture. I did not do heavy exercise, but I felt mentally active.
Ending the Day
Good Things That Happened:
  • I had a very simple and relaxing day, which helped me recover from the fatigue of the past week.
  • I felt motivated to keep improving my skills and my character.
  • I successfully watched a lecture by Ustad Ahmed Javaid Sahab. Even though the Skool platform was not working for the video, I did not give up and watched it on YouTube instead.
Mistakes and What I Learned:
  • The Problem: I could have been frustrated that the video did not play on Skool.
  • The Lesson: I learned that being flexible is important. Finding the lecture on YouTube allowed me to finish my task without getting upset.
Prayer and Azkaar Log
  • Fajr: 8:00 AM
  • Zohr: 1:15 PM
  • Asr: 4:30 PM
  • Maghrib: 6:00 PM
  • Isha: 8:45 PM
Final Thoughts
Today was a quiet but powerful start to 2026. It was a simple day without the rush of office meetings or late-night work. I felt a sense of relief and motivation. Watching the lecture by Ustad Ahmed Javaid Sahab was the highlight of my day. His words always help me think more deeply about life.
