- Went to the City centre after breakfast (planned early because days are short in the UK).
- Returned around 12:30 PM.

- Prayed Zuhur.
- Started cooking.
Afternoon
- Prayed Asr.
- Watched videos: Start Here and Rewire Your Brain.
- Wrote down introduction notes from the videos.
