One thing I want to remember about today
The day felt heavy and tiring, but it gave me important lessons about emotions, discipline, and the balance between mind and heart.

- Attend lectures and focus on learning.
What I do not want to do today:
- Waste time on distractions.
- Delay prayers.
- Let emotions take control without understanding them.

- Slept: Around 1:00 AM
- Woke up: 8:00 AM
What data will I look up after a month or year?
- How I managed discipline on tiring days.
- My consistency in prayers despite emotional struggles.
- Lessons learned from lectures about mental mastery.
Reminders
- No one can waste my time except me.
- Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Do not overwhelm; use the 2‑minute rule.
- The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
- Do not multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reflections.

- Combined Asr and Maghrib at Maghrib time.
- Learned that poor sleep and late waking weaken discipline and energy.

Reflection
Today was a tiring and emotionally heavy day. Poor sleep affected my energy and discipline, and prayers were delayed. However, the lectures I attended gave me strength and clarity. I realized that failure lies in the unacceptance of challenges, and that gratitude and sadqa are powerful tools in life. Alhamdulillah getting on success gradually
