โ€‹โœจ One thing I want to remember about today:
Alhamdulillah, it was a perfectly balanced and restful Sunday! I intentionally gave our freelance team a break from Upwork to enjoy the weekend. Even with a relaxed schedule, I doubled my productivity on my content creation by filming and completing two full YouTube videos instead of just one.

โ€‹๐ŸŒ… Woke up: 4:40 AM (took a morning rest from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM)

Burn myself out with heavy freelance platform tasks on a scheduled team rest day.

โ€‹๐Ÿณ Breakfast: Healthy oatmeal (at 8:30 AM).
โ€‹๐Ÿฒ Lunch: 1 roti with an omelette (at 1:30 PM).
โ€‹๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Dinner: Dinner at 8:00 PM, followed by health-focused anjeer water with two soaked figs.
โ€‹๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ Gym: Completed a split 25-minute walk routine (15 minutes in the afternoon and 10 minutes right after Maghrib).
โ€‹๐Ÿง  Practice: Streamlining my script-to-upload workflow to maximize my video output efficiency.
๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Speaking: Recording clear, high-quality audio voiceovers back-to-back for both daily YouTube tracks.

โ€‹โœ“ Alhamdulillah, successfully achieved my main production goal for the weekend!
โ€‹โœ“ Doubled my expected output by completing, voicing over, and uploading 2 entire YouTube videos, wrapping everything up efficiently by 4:00 PM.
โ€‹โœ“ Successfully maintained my wellness goals with a clean diet, a split 25-minute walking routine, and my evening health remedies.
โ€‹โœ“ Effectively rested and recharged my mind to prepare for the upcoming work week.
โ€‹โœ“ Alhamdulillah, kept all my five daily prayers consistent.

โ€‹Learning: Taking a structured day off from client platform work like Upwork allows your mind to refresh, which actually boosts your creative energy and makes tasks like video production move twice as fast!

โ€‹๐Ÿ•‹ Zohar/Jumma: Prayed during my afternoon relaxation block.
