๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ณ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: ๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐น๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ & ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ Raat ko 2 baje soyi aur Fajr ke liye uthi. Fajr ke baad dobara soyi aur 12:30 baje uthi. Neend puri nahi thi jis ki wajah se poora din thakan, body pain aur drained feel hota raha. Deep sleep nahi aii jis ke wajah Freshness ka ehsaas nahi tha. ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ท ๐ธ๐ถ๐๐ฎ ๐ธ๐ถ๐ฎ ? Nashta kiya, lekin thora late ho gaya kyun ke sister aa gayi thi. 3 baje padhane gayi aur 5 baje wapas aayi. Cousin ki engagement ki wajah se ghar me kaam tha. Mama ko event ke liye tayar kiya. Classroom videos dekhe, notes banaye aur share kiye. Faisalabad se aayi khala ke sath quality time spend kiya. Khana khaya. Salon ka kaam karwaya. 2 aur classroom videos dekhe. Kitchen clean kia Mama ke sath kuch dair baith kar baat ki. Phir so gayi. ๐ญ ๐๐บ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ถ๐ป Aaj khud ko zyada productive mehsoos nahi kiya. Jism me dard tha aur energy low thi. Dil thora udaas bhi tha. Surah ka tarjuma aur tafseer samajhna. Seerah series regularly dekhni. Rozana kam az kam 20โ30 minutes Quran reflection. ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต Roz 20 minutes English practice. 5 new words daily 1 short paragraph writing Listening practice (podcast ya lecture) ๐๐ฆ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ Fajr ke baad (30 min) Quran + memorization Zuhr ke baad (20 min) English practice Asr ke baad (20โ30 min) Seerah series ya Islamic lecture Isha ke baad (15 min) Short reflection journal Chhota routine rakho. Consistency > perfection. Agar roz 40โ60 minutes focused effort bhi ho jaye, 30 din me huge improvement hoti hai. 30 din ร 1 ghanta = 30 ghante focused growth. ๐คฒ๐๐๐ฎ Ya Allah, mujhe har neik kaam ki tofeeq de.
