By canstantly dwelling on thoughts of fear, worry, anger, hate, and failure, you will become very depressed and unhappy. Remember, your life is what your thoughts make of it.
Sleep log:
- slept around at 2:00 AM
- woke up at 4:40 AM
Day start section:
Freshened up, had Sehri, prayed Fajr
Slept again
Made my bed, reshened, Went to the market to buy something, and then from there I went to my cousin’s house
Spent time with my niece, then returned home
Did house chores
Prayed Asr, listened to the Qur’an, and finished the house chores
Had Iftar, prayed Maghrib, did some academic work
Took a 30-minute break, used Insta, spent some time on skool till 8pm
Prayed Isha, prayed Taraweeh
Had dinner
Watched a Daily Journal Review video from skool, then nothing special
Made a to-do-ist for tomorrow and then writing today's journal
Today's Important Tasks:
- Pray Salah
- Fasting
- academics + non-fiction
- spend time with the skool community
- Watch videos from skool, write daily journal
Prayer Times:
- Asr: done
- Maghrib: done
- Isha: done
- Tahajjud: missed
What I didn't want to do today:
Waste time unconsciously or consciously, don't lose Energy by doing unnecessary things!
