Daily Journal| Day 13
📅 Date: 9 July 2026
☀️ Day: Thursday
✨ One thing I want to remember about today:
Alhamdulillah, even though my health wasn't at its best due to a bad cough and sore throat, I didn't let it completely break my consistency. I listened to my body, rested throughout the day, but still managed to protect my primary content streak by completing and uploading my daily video.
⏰ What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
💤 Slept last night: 10:40 PM
🌅 Woke up: 8:00 AM
💡 Reminders:
📌 No one can waste my time except me.
📌 Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don't overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
📌 The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
📌 Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
📌 Don't multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
📌 Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.

🎯 Most Important 1-3 Tasks:
[Task 1]: Create, voiceover, and upload the daily video for my YouTube channel.
[Task 2]: Prioritize deep rest to recover from a bad cough and sore throat.
🚫 What I don’t want to do today:
Force myself to work on multiple business platforms when my body desperately needs physical recovery time.
🥗 Diet + Gym + Boxing:
🍳 Breakfast: 1 roti with an egg (at 8:30 AM).
🍲 Lunch: Rice pulao (at 4:00 PM).
🍽️ Dinner: Skipped dinner as I was not hungry at all, but completed my routine of two soaked figs (anjeer) with water right before bed.
🏃‍♂️ Gym: Completed a gentle 15-minute evening walk to keep my circulation going without overexerting myself.
🧠 Practice: Adapting my workspace to accommodate physical fatigue without losing creative focus.
🎙️ Speaking: Managing my voice carefully through a sore throat to record and finalize my daily YouTube voiceover.
🏁 Day Close Section
🏆 Wins of the Day:
✓ Alhamdulillah, successfully protected my daily production target despite dealing with throat irritation and body fatigue!
✓ Dedicated a focused two-hour window (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) to fully create, voice over, and upload my YouTube video.
✓ Maintained excellent discipline by resting when needed and keeping up with my healthy evening remedies before sleeping.
📖 Mistakes / Learnings:
Learning: When your throat is sore and you have a cough, narrowing your focus down to just one necessary execution block allows you to keep your momentum without pushing your health backward. Step-by-step consistency is a marathon, not a sprint!
