Alhamdulillah, it was a perfectly managed university day! I kept my focus completely streamlined by setting just one core target. By avoiding overwhelm, my mind felt clear, and I actually ended up doubling my content output by completing and uploading two full videos for my YouTube channel instead of just one.

β€‹πŸ² Lunch: Aloo paratha with dahi (after returning home from university at 12:00 PM).
β€‹πŸ½οΈ Dinner: Meat curry with 1 roti, followed by health-focused anjeer water with two soaked figs.

β€‹πŸ§  Practice: Editing and optimizing video files efficiently under a strict time window.

β€‹βœ“ Maintained strong mental discipline by prioritizing quality rest in the afternoon when I wasn't feeling completely well.
