I need to Post a Daily Journal ( with new routine )
💤Slept at 8:40 AM, 🌞woke up at 2:00PM.

- aaj Sir Haroon ke 2 VIdeos dekh kr notes banane hain ,checklist clear kr ke dobara se start krna ha
- har post ya comments like ni krne jab tak os mein valuable content na ho
- Pyramid of learning ko yad rakhna ha
- Community me discission start krni ha post kr ke ya live classes me apne point per Question krne hain
- Dummy Bidding Session 8 se 9 lazmi join krna ha
- Duolingo pe English langauge 1 hour daily practise krni ha (انشاءاللہ)
- white board Routine ko time ke sath set krna ha (انشاءاللہ) =>The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
- Practice 65 Step walk without Stick. 15 step backward 🆗👌
- Physiotherapy.
- Focus krna ha, (انشاءاللہ) don't multitask; focus on one big thing each day.🆗👌

Mistakes:
1.Skool ko youtube samajh kr use krne se 10 din waste ho gai yahan per sirf video dekhne se kuch ni mil rha tha ( Learning with focus + creating Notes remind you each detail very well)
2. ziada content dekh kr jaldi jaldi level up krne ka nuqsan 10 din waste
3.daily excersize ni kr rha hoon.
Learnings:
- doing your work on time makes life better by reducing stress. ( stress release ho rha ha )
- Notes banane se sub kuch jese yaad ho jata ha or sarey point boht aasani se samajh aa jate hain
- Seniors ka journal parhne se kafi kuch seekhne ko milta ha
- time set kr ke kam krne se kam behtreen ho jate hain
- YA ALLAH MUJH SE OR SUB COMMUNITY MEMBERS SE RAZI HO JA OR HAMEIN DUNYA OR AAKHERAT MEIN KAMYAB FARMA (Ameen)
