**One thing I want to remember about today:**
I watched a lot of YouTube, I wasted a lot of time. I was overthinking. I was negative most of the time. I won't get this free time again. I must make good use of it.
**What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?**
I slept at 7 am and woke up at 2 am.
**What data will I look up after a month or year?**
- Monthly earnings.
- Time wasted on YouTube.
**Reminders:**
- No one can waste my time except me.
- Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.

- Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
- Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
