DAILY JOURNAL - 8 DEC 2025
Before starting:
I couldn’t write my journal on Saturday (6 Dec 2025) because my sisters came over, and I spent the whole day with them.
And Sunday (7 Dec 2025) was very stressful because my cousin/my sister-in-law’s brother had a road accident, so the entire day went by in tension.
DAY: MONDAY
DATE: 8 DEC 2025
GOAL: I want to become disciplined, stop wasting my time, and gain better control over my daily habits so I can focus on improving my skills and become the best version of myself.
Sleep: 3:00am:
Wake up (5:30am – 8:00am): Prayed Tahajjud, made dua, prayed Fajr, recited Surah Yaseen, did light exercise, and watched “Super Power of Surrendering” (twice).
8:00am – 12:00pm: Woke up again, read all the messages in the Graphic Beetle group, and had breakfast (sinus medicine + kehwa with dried blueberries + chai with cake rusk).
1:00pm – 4:00pm: Prayed Zuhar, made a logo for our Graphic Beetle group, pressed my clothes, took a shower, had lunch, made orange juice for Anabiya, and washed the dishes.
4:00pm – 6:00pm: Prayed Asr, scrolled Skool, posted the logo assignment given by Maria Ijaz, wrote my journal, and prayed Maghrib.
6:00pm – 9:00pm: Did house chores, checked messages in WhatsApp groups (Graphic Design groups + Graphic Beetles group), and prayed Isha.
9:00pm – 10:30pm: Watched “What is ICA (Ideal Client Avatar)”.
10:30pm – 1:00am: Had dinner, cleaned the kitchen, did the dishes, had chai with gajar ka halwa, scrolled reels, served dinner to my brother, played with Haider, and went to bed.
✨ Wins of the Day:
- Completed a logo design and posted the assignment on time.
- Watched ICA explanation.
- Stayed productive.
- Managed house chores, prayers, and family time together.
📘 Learnings of the Day:
- Surrendering to Allah brings more peace and mental clarity.
- Consistency comes from showing up, even on difficult days.
- Designing daily improves creativity and confidence.
- Prayer + discipline = strongest combo for mental strength.
