One thing I want to remember about today:
I knew mental master is very important and once I achieved it, I would be able to do anything and its the same thing Haroon experienced in his life and with mental toughness he’s able to achieve this

I am planning to build my mental toughness, I’ve discovered today, my energy is at the higher level after I wake up and that energy I must use it on that aspect of me which I want to become better

Instead of sleeping for 8 hours, I need to divide my sleep into 2 parts to give my brain fresh start atleast 2 times
