Date: 1/7
Day: 19
One thing I want to remember about today:
I woke up early at 6 a.m. I had the initiative, but I didn’t seize it and let time pass. Then I lost control and fell into the trap of my nafs, for which I am deeply ashamed.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Sleep 12 am, woke up at 6 am, again sleep 8:15 am till 11
What data will I look up after a month or year?
Although I performed all my prayers, I did not read the Qur’an, and this was due to the grave sin I committed in the morning.
Reminders:
- No one can waste my time except me.
- Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
- The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
- Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
- Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
- Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.
