This video taught me three important things from Haroon Bhai:
  1. Always try your best, even if the client becomes difficult or the situation gets challenging.
2.Be honest with the client. If something is beyond your expertise, clearly communicate it and ask for an opportunity to try. You can also suggest giving another person a chance to work on it as well.
3.Learn how to judge a client’s business properly — understand whether the client can actually afford your services, and identify if the project is low-ticket or high-ticket.
