Agar aap kisi field mein ho aur wahan na kuch naya seekhne ko mil raha ho, na earning grow ho rahi ho, to sirf wahan stick rehna sahi decision nahi hota. Aisi situation mein insaan bas wahi ruk jata hai aur growth slow ho jati hai.
2. Same Concept Job Par Bhi Apply Hota Hai
Job mein bhi agar aap sirf comfort zone ki wajah se ek hi jagah ruk jao — chahe salary kam ho ya growth na ho — to long term mein progress mushkil ho jati hai.

Opportunities explore karo
Kabhi kabhi job switch karna bhi zaroori hota hai taake better increments aur growth mil sake.
4. Apni Worth Samajhna
Agar aapko apni value aur skills ka pata hai lekin phir bhi aap sirf same increment ya same environment mein stuck reh jaate ho, to growth limited ho jati hai.
5. Balanced Approach
Har waqt switch karna bhi zaroori nahi hota, lekin kabhi switch hi na karna aur comfort zone se bahar na aana usse bhi zyada galat ho sakta hai.
