AI Cold Email Outreach System
I have just made my first working workflow
A fully automated cold email outreach system using n8n, prospeo (for leads), Jina.ai (web researcher)
What it does:
→ Schedule trigger fires every morning at 7am
→ Reads uncontacted leads from Google Sheets
→ Calls prospeo.io API to find verified work emails
→ AI writes a unique email per lead, tone changes based on whether they're a CEO, CTO, or Growth lead → 7-condition quality gate checks the email before send (word count, company name match, spam phrase filter, field validation)
→ Random 45-120 second delay between sends for deliverability
→ Gmail sends it, Sheets logs the result
I want the related person to check this out and tell me what should be improved, whats its limitation and whats good
its working but its is currently running on free tier of prospeo (almost ran out of them), can anyone tell how i can pitch it to target clients to show them its working and it can help them
