Assalamu Alaikum. This is my first time creating a routine notebook, so if there are any problems or mistakes, please let me know. JazakAllah, but I enjoyed making it. 😀
Aaj main 9 baje utha.Nashta kiya lekin Fajar ki namaz miss ho gai (Feeling Guilty).
Us ke baad main ne kaafi time waste kiya,movies, reels, etc. dekhte dekhte.
Phir 2 baje main ne Zohar ki namaz Parhi us ke baad khana khaya aur phir se time waste karta raha.
Us ke family mai betha bachon ke sath thora sa hassi mazak bhi kiya.
Phir 4:15 par main ne Asar ki namaz parhi.
Us ke baad thora sa socha kai aaj se main jogging start karunga,routine better karunga, etc.
Us ke baad main ne insta open kia jis mai mene apki reel saved kri thi maine foraan sai haroon bhai ki profile open kri or join kra ye skool community haroon bhai ki videos dekhin school membership join ki.
Phir Maghrib ki namaz Parhi us ke baad lectures dekhe. or abhi isha ki namaz prhi or ab 1 lecture dekhonga or smjhonga phir khana khaonga turra family mai bethonga or uskai baad Witr pr kr sojaonga
(Personally mene kuch months pehly face paralysis attack face kra jis kai symtoms aj bhi hain or again mai ussi state pr pohanch rha mjhe esa feel horha or meri treatment bhi chl rhi(Mental illness) ki Personally mai ye sab se share nhi krna chatha but share isliye kr rha ho taake community ki wjha se turri motivation mile or mai ye fazol habits chordon like junk foods or bhi etc at the end ap sab dua kijyega baki shifa dene wali zaat sirf Allah ki hai💖)
