question is: Ek taraf public journaling consistency aur accountability mein madad karti hai. Dusri taraf kabhi kabhi lagta hai ke privacy compromise ho rahi hai — aur honestly, yeh bhi khayal aata hai ke zyada progress publicly share karne se nazar bhi lg skti hai
